Vice President of Business Development

In his position as LRA’s Vice President of Business Development, Ted
is responsible for driving the company’s overall new business
development strategy, direction and execution. Working closely with
the CEO and Vice President of Marketing, Ted is also charged with researching
and targeting the various sectors and industries where the company’s
Customer Experience Management (CEM) Solutions will add significant
value. In addition, Ted is always searching to cultivate relationships
with potential new strategic business partners and affiliates.

Ted is a highly motivated and dynamic sales and marketing executive
with 17 years of experience in developing and managing highly profitable
customer relationships in the CPG, Manufacturing, Retail and Interactive
industries. Prior to joining LRA, Ted was the Director of Business
Development for Fry, Inc. – a full service eBusiness consulting firm
providing strategic consulting, design, development, integration,
hosting, data analytics, usability testing, and search engine optimization
services to multi-channel retailers and CPG organizations. Ted’s
work at Fry was primarily focused on identifying and helping companies
enhance their customer’s online experience, which is very closely
related to LRA’s CEM solutions.

Previously, Ted was a National/Industry Sales Manager for VerticalNet,
Inc. VerticalNet owned and operated 58 B2B portal marketplaces. Ted
was responsible for the development and implementation of the sales,
marketing and audience development strategies for eight B2B portal
communities. Ted holds a B.B.A. degree from Temple University.
