In his role as the Director of the CEM Strategy Consulting Practice at LRA, Bob is charged with shaping, managing, and delivering strategic consulting on client CEM engagements. Bob brings a wealth of experience in strategy and operations consulting to LRA’s Customer Experience Management project teams. He has spent most of his career helping to design strategy and tactics around customer-affecting process improvement, business transformation and implementation roadmap development. Bob works closely with LRA’s other Practice Leaders to deliver a coordinated consulting solution to client projects. Bob currently leads LRA’s engagements with WCI Communities, First Niagara Financial Group and Stowe Mountain Resort.

Bob joined LRA Worldwide after spending 15 years consulting with leading business strategy organizations such as Lean Horizons Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers (currently IBM Business Consulting Services); Bob has worked with a diverse roster of clients including such industry leaders as Barclays, Parker Hannifin Corporation, CIBC, J Crew, OfficeMax and Prudential. In a typical client engagement, Bob’s focus was on helping the client organization align its resources around specific, cross-enterprise customer focused performance goals, as well as the development and implementation of strategy and process designed to meet those objectives.

Bob received his B.S. in Business Administration from Caldwell College (Caldwell, NJ) and his MBA from the College of Business and Economics at Lehigh University (Bethlehem, PA). A New Jersey native, Bob currently resides in Bucks County, PA.
