Jeff Gurtman is a senior consultant on the LRA team with
expertise in the design, development, deployment and administration
of large-scale quality assurance, brand assurance, mystery
shopping, audit and inspection programs in the lodging/
hospitality, travel and restaurant industries. At LRA, Jeff assists
on a number of client accounts and is focusing a great deal of
his time on the the development of LRA’s new best-of-breed
online Quality Assurance reporting tool, scheduled for rollout in
Q1 2007. Jeff also plays an IT oversight role on all of LRA’s quality
assurance accounts, leveraging his technology development
skills to help LRA clients best utilize the current database and
web reporting functions.

Prior to joining LRA, Jeff applied his expertise in the development
and execution of quality assurance and mystery shopping
programs – as well as the technology to support them –
for some of the leading brands in hospitality, including Four
Seasons, Intercontinental Hotel Group and Marriott Hotels and
Resorts. Most recently, Jeff lent his customer service expertise
to the Travel Channel as a host of its undercover travel show,
Travel Spies, and ran his own mystery shopping strategy and
IT consultancy.

Previously, he served as the Vice President of Business
Development for Coyle Hospitality Group, where he managed
client projects, executed sales and marketing campaigns and
developed several database and internet applications.

Mr. Gurtman received his B.S. from the Cornell University
School of Hotel Administration (Ithaca, NY).
